What it costs and how it is structured.
The 90 day sprint starts at $7,500 one time. The 12 month partnership starts at $5,000 per month, with a performance component on top. Exact numbers are matched to your goals on the call.
Partnership engagements include a performance component tied to booked qualified calls and closed revenue. If we miss the agreed delivery window, you do not owe the remainder of the fee.
Ongoing creative production, ads management, sales coaching, monthly strategy sessions, quarterly business reviews, and founder access on Slack and Zoom.
For the 12 month partnership, no setup fee. For the standalone 90 day sprint, the fee covers all setup work.
What partners can realistically expect.
On the strategy call we look at your offer, your numbers, and your goals, then build a delivery plan with realistic numbers tied to your niche. If we cannot see a clean path, we will tell you on the call.
Most partners cover their investment in the first 60 to 90 days. Sprint partners typically hit it inside the engagement window. Partnership partners typically by month two or three.
If we miss the agreed client volume inside the agreed window on the partnership track, you do not owe the remainder of the performance component. The exact terms are written into your engagement letter.
Yes. We share full case studies with named partners and verifiable numbers on the strategy call. We keep them off the public site to protect partner data.
What partnership looks like.
Intentionally small. We cap intake at 5 to 6 new partners per quarter so we can deliver on what we promise. Most quarters we are at capacity.
Async on Slack for day to day. Live on Zoom for monthly strategy and quarterly reviews. Quick ad hoc calls when needed. We are responsive within one business day.
Sprint engagements are project based and end on delivery. Partnership engagements include a 30 day notice clause. Either way, you keep every asset we built.
